These Guest Booking Terms apply when you book or pay for an experience through a booking page, link or email powered by Junglebee. "Junglebee", "we" and "us" means Jungle Bee, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Suite B-2, Newark, Delaware 19702, USA. "Operator" means the tour or activity business named on the booking page and in your confirmation. "You" means the person making the booking.

By completing a booking you agree to these Terms, to the Operator's cancellation policy shown before you paid, and to our Privacy Notice.

In plain terms. You are buying this experience from the Operator, not from Junglebee. The Operator runs the trip and is responsible for it. Junglebee provides the booking software and, where shown at checkout, collects your payment on the Operator's behalf. The Operator's cancellation policy, shown before you paid, is what applies if you cancel or change. Questions about the trip go to the Operator; questions about a payment or your personal data can come to us.

1. Who you are contracting with

1.1 Your contract for the experience is with the Operator. The Operator sets the description, price, inclusions, schedule, capacity, taxes and cancellation policy, and is solely responsible for delivering the experience safely and as described.

1.2 Junglebee is a software provider. We are not a tour operator, travel agent or seller of the experience, we are not a party to your contract with the Operator, and we make no promise about the experience, its safety, its quality or whether it will take place.

1.3 Where a Marketplace (such as Viator or GetYourGuide) sold you the experience, that Marketplace's terms govern your purchase and Junglebee only transmits the booking to the Operator.

2. Making a booking

2.1 You must be at least 18 and authorised to make the booking for everyone in your party. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for sharing these Terms and the Operator's requirements with your party.

2.2 A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Until then, availability is held for a short time only.

2.3 You must meet the Operator's stated requirements (age, fitness, health, swimming ability, documents, arrival time). The Operator may refuse participation, without refund, if you do not, or if you behave in a way that endangers others.

2.4 Any waiver, health declaration or local form the Operator requires is between you and the Operator.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment collected by Junglebee. Where the checkout shows that your payment is collected by Junglebee, the Operator has appointed Junglebee as its agent to collect your payment. Your payment to Junglebee satisfies your payment obligation to the Operator for that booking, as if you had paid the Operator directly. Your card statement may show Junglebee's name alongside the Operator's.

3.2 Payment collected by the Operator. Where the checkout shows that your payment goes directly to the Operator, Junglebee does not receive or hold your money.

3.3 Service fee. Where the Operator chooses to pass on Junglebee's platform fee, a service fee is shown as a separate line before you pay. It is charged to you by the Operator through Junglebee. Where no service fee is shown, none is charged to you.

3.4 Taxes and extras. The taxes shown are set by the Operator. Anything not listed as included (gratuities, park fees, equipment, food, transfers) is payable to the Operator directly.

3.5 Card on file. If you agree at checkout to keep your card on file, you authorise the Operator, through Junglebee, to charge that card for any balance, extras or changes you request, and for amounts due under the Operator's cancellation policy. Card numbers are stored only by our payment processor, never by Junglebee or the Operator.

3.6 Currency. Charges are made in the currency shown at checkout. Your card issuer may apply conversion fees.

4. Changes and cancellations

4.1 The Operator's cancellation and change policy, shown before you paid and included in your confirmation, applies to your booking. Junglebee does not set it and does not decide disputes about it.

4.2 To change or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email if the Operator has enabled it, or contact the Operator. Changes are subject to availability and the Operator's policy.

4.3 If the Operator cancels the experience (for example for weather or safety), your remedy is a refund or rebooking from the Operator in line with its policy and the law that applies to you.

4.4 Refunds are made to the original card. Refunds of payments collected by Junglebee are issued by Junglebee on the Operator's instruction, or by Junglebee where the experience cannot be delivered or where we are required to by law. Card processing costs are generally not refundable where the law allows.

5. Your personal data

5.1 The Operator is responsible for your personal data for the purpose of your booking and the experience. Junglebee processes it on the Operator's behalf, and is independently responsible for processing needed to collect payment, prevent fraud, handle disputes, keep legal records and run the booking service. Details, including your rights, are in our Privacy Notice at junglebee.com/legal/privacy.

5.2 Your confirmation email contains a secure link to view and, where allowed, change your booking. Do not share it; anyone with the link can see your booking.

6. Liability

6.1 The Operator. The Operator is responsible to you for the experience, including any injury, loss, delay, cancellation or failure to deliver, subject to its own terms and the law.

6.2 Junglebee. To the extent the law allows, Junglebee is not liable to you for the experience or for anything the Operator or a Marketplace does or fails to do. Junglebee's total liability to you for anything arising from the booking service or from collecting your payment is limited to the amount you paid through Junglebee for the booking in question. Junglebee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6.3 Your rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you keep the rights your local law gives you.

7. Complaints and contact

7.1 For anything about the experience, its delivery, changes, cancellations or refunds under the Operator's policy: contact the Operator using the details in your confirmation.

7.2 For a payment that appears wrong, a card charge you do not recognise, or your personal data: contact Junglebee at support@junglebee.com, quoting your booking reference. We will respond and, where the matter is for the Operator, pass it on.

7.3 Please contact the Operator or us before disputing a charge with your card issuer; most problems are resolved faster that way.

8. General

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes with Junglebee will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of your home country where your local law gives you that right.

8.2 We may update these Terms. The version shown to you at checkout applies to your booking.

8.3 If any part of these Terms is unenforceable the rest remains in force. These Terms are in English; translations are for convenience.
